Its combination of fast and slow rhythms create a great calorie burning and toning workout. No dance experience required, just have a good time while you tone.

That’s why Glenpointe Spa & Fitness offers classes that are specifically designed to increase muscle strength, improve balance, and increase the range of movement for older adults. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and physio balls (also known as stability balls) are used in a low-impact environment.
